PSC warns applicants of fraudsters, says recruitment is yet to start.

 


  The Police Service Commission announced that the 2025 recruitment of Nigerians into the Nigeria Police Force has not yet begun.


In a statement on Saturday, Ikechukwu Ani, Head of Press and Public Relations, dismissed an online advert claiming the start of the recruitment exercise, describing it as fake and misleading.


He urged prospective applicants to remain patient, stressing that due process must be fully observed. He clarified that “the circulating online advert is not issued by the Commission and does not reflect the tone or content of any official announcement regarding the commencement of such exercises.”





He emphasized that the Commission is committed to conducting a recruitment exercise that will be fair, transparent, and credible.
